Politics For 2007 and the Future

Friday, April 27th, 2007

I have been watching the news on Fox lately and watching the Political junkies called Candidates for President. Also in this mix are those that call themselves the leaders of the Democratic Party as well. I have come to see that for now and the near future we are not going to have a good candidate for the Office of President unless things change drastically. The Majority leader for the Democrats (I fondly refer to as Demogogs) Senator Reid has taken it upon himself to declare the war in Iraq as a Lost War. Right after he made that announcement on TV to the world I received one of the many Veterans News Letters in an e-mail that had a letter from an Army LT in Iraq. He stated in his letter that the people of Iraq had seen this statement on TV and now were scared to help the troops by pointing out the bad guys or tell them where weapons were hid. They (the people of Iraq) were afraid we would pull out and leave them unprotected and to face the wrath of the insurgents that are now there, killing at will. The people of Iraq feel like we once again abandon them and move on.

I must wonder if this is not what Senator Reid wanted so the troops would look very bad in the eyes of the world. After all he wants the insurgents to win so he will be right. He is now in the same ring with people like Jihad Jane Fonda and Cindy Sheena and the rest of the left that hates America. For them to say the back the troops is nothing more than lip service. If they really did support the troops they would not help the enemy by making statements like Senator Reid made to the world. In fact most of the Demogogs agree with him and are calling for the surrender of our troops and to tuck tail and run. I see this being another Viet Nam only instead of jungles it is in the deserts of Iraq and Afghanistan It is my belief that if Senator Reid and the rest of the Demogogs truly believe this war is lost then they need to cut the money off to the troops and force the retreat of the Military in Iraq and Afghanistan. Wave the white flag of surrender and call it a day. Yet they offer a budget for them to keep the war going for a while longer. So they either lied with “The War In Iraq is Lost” or they hate the military so bad they want to see more bodies (American) to hold up to the people and say “See Bush did this”.

The war in Iraq was a just war in the start. It was to remove a mad man that had WMD,s and used them on his own people more than once.. Where were they when our troops got into Bagdad? I don’t have a clue, well maybe a small one. Syria or Iran now has them and are waiting to use them on us when it is the right time. The Mad Man of Bagdad had plenty of time to get them out of there before our troops arrived on his door steps. Syria would be more than willing to take them and keep them. As Iran did his fighter jets and other weapons he moved across their borders.

So let there be no mistake about this war on Terrorism we are fighting around the world It is a necessary war to protect our homes from the same bombers they have in Iraq now. We need for the leaders of Congress and the Senate to shut up and support our troops on the battle field and be sure they have all the equipment they need to have a victory. It is time for the people of America to stand up and tell our elected officials to sit down and shut up and give them all they need. After all it was the people that elected them and the people can remove them from office.

For or against this war we have going on right now don’t matter any longer. We are there and now “MUST” finish the job. Once the job is done and our troops come home then go vote and put whom ever you want into office and see if it gets any better. But we MUST finish this job now and make sure the troops are fully funded and equipped to do that job. This is my humble opinion and mine alone. I don’t ask anyone to agree with the war in Iraq or disagree with it. Just back the troops there now and give them all they need to complete their mission. That’s all I hope for in this war.

Is “the war is lost” game about over?

Wednesday, April 25th, 2007

The hue and cry by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, NV, for the last week has been “the war is lost”, yet he continues to support funding the killing of American soldiers into 2008.

Is there something totally berserk here?  If “the war is lost” then doesn’t that mean surrender, not fund on-going hostilities for another year or more??  Doesn’t Congress control the “purse strings”? If the war’s lost and over Senator, stop the funding, period, and do it now…don’t allow a single additional death, or casualty…

Mr. Reid won’t bite the bullet and stop the funding, he wants to milk this funding udder for all the political butter he can churn out it……..the lives of our warriors are far from his intended goal.

The current crop of leaders in Congress have shown their true colors as political opportunist of the worst kind………and it must stop.

There is power in the United States Senate to bring the Reid, Levin, Pelosi fiasco to an end with the stroke of a pen……….

How you ask………we all know the majority control of the Senate is 51 to 49. Who controls the Senate rests with Senator Joe Lieberman, I-CT.  It’s time for Senator Lieberman to exercise his influence, cast his support to the other party which will put an end to the reign of Harry Reid, Levin, and other traitors in the Senate.

Will Senator Lieberman fulfill his promises to the troops, switch parties, and end the impasse on troop funding?

Based on comments I’ve heard from Senator Lieberman of his supporting a win in Iraq, he has no choice.

Not One More American Death, Not One More Widow…

Sunday, April 22nd, 2007

Senator Reid, Senator Levin, Rep Pelosi,

If you are serious that “the war is lost” in Iraq, are not playing politics, then file a motion the first Congressional business day hence,  in both Houses of Congress to immediately stop all funding for all military action in Iraq.  Only funding to allow retreat and formulate surrender would be necessary.

NOT ONE MORE AMERICAN CASUALTY OR DEATH….NOT ONE…..

You believe “the war is lost”…If you don’t immediately take action to stop the funding that supports the war in Iraq, then you become the worst kind of hypocrites, traitors, and despicable political prostitutes ever to sit in the Congress of the United States…You become willing murderers of American soldiers.

If “the war is lost” why do you want our troops to remain in Iraq being killed by the Islamic barbarians for another year plus…..isn’t that what your withdrawal language in the supplemental funding the President requests is saying?  You want to continue Iraqi operations until late 2008, with warriors dying and at the same time publicly state “the war is lost” ?

Are you three politicians assuming responsibility for all future deaths since you view the war being lost?  Perhaps you’re playing a 2008 election political game ….aw that couldn’t have anything to do with your actions…even though none of you have ever served a day in military service of the United States, you’re too much of a patriot to be playing with the lives or our warriors, their families, and the security of America.

You can pussy foot around playing political games, but I suspect you don’t have the guts to take the action I call for…no more spin, no more exceptions, no excuses………show what you’re made of, exercise courage, time to walk the walk and file the legislation terminating funding for all United States Iraqi operations now……..NOT ONE MORE DEATH, CASUALTY……..YOU SAY IT’S OVER, THEN TAKE THE ACTION…..be prepared to suffer the consequences when the Islamic butchers come after you….

If you fail to back “the war is lost” position with decisive action, there is only one alternative for each of you…resign from Congress.

If you prove me wrong and de-fund the war in Iraq, I’ll be the first to admit your intentions are genuine, apologize for my characterization of you, and accept the fact that my observations of you are totally mistaken.

I await your response.

Senator Harry Reid - - Aid and Comfort to the Enemy - Prosecute

Friday, April 20th, 2007

“I believe… that this war is lost, and this surge is not accomplishing anything, as is shown by the extreme violence in Iraq this week.” —Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, aiding and abetting the enemy

House Minority Leader John Boehner response: “He is telling our enemies they have won. While Mr. Reid may be willing to throw in the towel and declare this a lost cause, I am certain that American troops are not… Mr. Reid’s comments are demoralizing to our troops, and just plain wrong.”

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or, in adhering to their Enemies, giving them aid and comfort.  No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.” (Constitution of the United States of America, Art. III, Sec. 3, Par. 1)

Senator Reid………is a traitor……..and should be prosecuted.

Vote Prostitutes Are At It Again

Tuesday, April 17th, 2007

Well, Rep Don Brown called “illegal aliens what they are, illegal” and is getting slapped around for the truth.

Don Brown, a Representative from the Florida Panhandle used an Internet phrase “Don’t forget to pay your taxes…12 million illegal aliens are depending on you”

Yep, you got it……Brown is being called “intolerant, insensitive, demeaning, below-the-belt, etc” all because he spoke the truth which the vote prostitutes are calling a joke.

This is plain and simple……..illegal is illegal……..and I’m here to tell anyone that supporting 12 million illegal aliens in “no joke”…it’s real, it’s happening, it’s immoral, it’s threat to society, a threat to American national security, and any politician in the Florida Legislature that supports illegal activity should be impeached, recalled, removed from their elective position.

The Speaker of the Florida House, Mark Rubio spokesman said “It’s not really an issue the speaker’s been very involved in”…well guess what Rubio…….you better wake-up and get involved.

I could care less Rep Brown’s comment did not “sit too well with some members of the Hispanic Legislative Caucus”…his comment connects with me, part of the “American Causus” just fine and on the mark.

America is out of control…Don Brown as reported in the Daily News today asks pertinent questions that should be answered and action taken with regard to illegal aliens residing in Florida.  There is another question, why is it that the messenger is attacked who speaks the truth about illegal aliens or minority issues?

The whiners against truth classified Don’s use of the Internet phrase as a joke in order to cover their attack which is simply an effort to side-track the truth…Don Brown was not the original writer of the comment as it has been on the Internet for months, if not longer…but the whiny vote prostitutes are calling the truth a “joke”…it must not go unchallenged………My advice to Don Brown, “keep up the fight for truth.”

America is no longer the land of the free, it’s the land of the “lie” and “double standard”.

Will Don Brown be another victim of gutless America because he uttered truth or will the “American Caucus” rise up and support his call for truth?

AMERICA…the land of double standards

America is destructing from within………the enemy needs only bide their time while American politicians either purposefully or unwittingly destroy the social, religious, legal, and economic fabric of the United States.

Our troops are being killed fighting terrorists to keep them from our borders, our border agents are being imprisoned for defending our national borders, while the lawmakers of America seem content in ignoring issues that involve courage and political unity.

A case in point is the absolute debacle involved by a US Attorney prosecuting and  eventually the imprisoning of two United States Border Control Agents for doing their job along the Texas border.  Two border agents who took an oath to preserve  and protect the Constitution of the United States against all enemies have been convicted as criminals because they were executing their assigned mission.

To make matters worse, eighty percent or more of America views the convictions of these border agents as a miscarriage of justice and support Presidential or Congressional pardon…President Bush does nothing.

Congressman Duncan Hunter, CA  and others introduced a Bill, HR 563, in the U. S. House of Representatives nearly three months ago  to grant Agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean a Congressional pardon.

This is where the disgusting nature of politicians show their ugly heads……after three months there are currently only 94 US Representatives that have signed to support this Bill…90 Republicans and 4 Democrats…even an issue as serious as impacting the lives of two American Border Agents and their families, wrongly convicted, cannot escape the partisan nature of the United States political system…is there any wonder the majority of Americans hold these political bottom feeders in such low regard?

What can possibly be in the conscience of the other 341 US Representatives that cause them to ignore the opportunity to support this Bill, see justice done,  and these two men pardoned and released from prison?  As is often the case, government policy reflects a “use and abuse” approach.  God help us.

America is no longer the “land of the free”, it has become the land of a group of blow-hard, gutless, ego-centric, selfish,  cowardly, political traitors without moral rudder.  These people are hell-bent on destroying the fabric that made America the greatest nation in history…Ignacio Ramos and Jose Compean are examples of what’s to come as America continues to snooze.

End The Iranian Hostage Crisis - Trade Diplomats for Sailors and Marines

Somewhere in Iran 15 British sailors and Marines, including one woman, are living in constant fear for their lives.

Somewhere in Iran, every single second of every single day is an eternity of uncertainty for those 15 captives who were taken at gunpoint in international waters, as they were checking shipping for arms smugglers.

Pundits are saying that the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, known in this column as Green Bean Almondine, is thumbing his nose at the Untied Nations in general and British Prime Minister Tony Blair in particular. His dislike for Blair is said to be payback for Blair’s unwavering support for President George Bush and the war in Iraq, and a going away present as Blair winds down his time in public office.

Meanwhile, the diplomats talk. Meanwhile the diplomats sit around their teak paneled board rooms, tended to by platoons of aides and attendants, sipping brandy from snifters that would cost an average person a month’s pay and ’seek solutions.’ Meanwhile, FOX News is reporting that a small gathering of Iranian ’students’ some of whom must be in their third childhoods from the looks of it, are chanting ‘Death To Britain’ and ‘Death to America.’ But they aren’t students and the crowd can become just as big or as small as Green Bean wants it to be, because he is pulling the strings in Iran, and he is pulling the strings across the globe.

And the diplomats talk.

And while they talk, and then adjourn for coffee, and talk some more, and adjourn for lunch, and talk some more and adjourn for dinner and the theater, 15 British sailors and Marines are living on a razor blade, not knowing from one minute til the next whether they will be brutalized, sodomized, starved and tortured. They don’t know what will happen to them, but they sure as hell know what can happen to them, because they are held hostage by some of the sickest, most depraved, inhuman monsters on earth.

Proof of this is evident in the videos that some of the hostages have already made saying they were guilty of trespassing and spying on Iran. These people aren’t cream puffs, they have received excellent training and have the highest level skills. They wouldn’t be making those videos unless they already had been subjected to extreme abuse, or threatened with abuse, and believe those threats.

Only Rosie O’Donnell is lower on the scale of human existence than the Persian butchers who are holding these sailors and Marines hostage.

I have a question. How long do you think it would take to resolve this latest crisis if the military hostages were traded for a bunch of paunchy, soft, pampered diplomats and international businessmen? How long do you think this would last if people who measure their ‘manhood’ by their ability to negotiate ‘win-win’ solutions were being held, and had to face the reality that if you resort to negotiations with a cretin like Green Bean and his cronies there is no ‘win-win.’ There is only lose.

If this feels like deja vu, it is because it is happening all over again. Green Bean was there in 1979 when American president jimmy carter was publicly humiliated, and shown to be a spineless caricature of a leader. We were in a diplomatic box back then because until Green Bean’s fundamentalist Islamic revolution took over, Iran had been an ally, and had allowed us to maintain electronic listening posts on the border with the former Soviet Union. So we had ties there, and we had a history. But that went down in flames the day carter ordered the American Marines to lay down their arms and surrender.

We were in a box because of our dependence on oil, and particularly our dependence on foreign oil. And it seems familiar now because we are back in the same box.

Back then there was a potential military solution and not that joint-service snafu of a so-called rescue mission that went up in flames in the Iranian desert. The military solution then was the same one that exists now, lay waste to that punk and his followers and stop this interminable talk that produces nothing.

But the military solution also requires a civilian leader with a backbone, if not gonads, who has the courage not just to stand up to a pipsqueak street punk - Green Bean Almondine - but the oil barons whose thirst for profits and refusal to allow development of alternative energy sources assured that we would never move one inch forward from where we stood in 1973, the year of the first Arab Oil Embargo. We had the technology in the 60s to substantially increase the mileage that motor vehicles get from gasoline, and we did nothing with it.

We had the research facilities and scientific skills to produce a plethora of alternative energy sources, not to replace oil, but to supplement it. But we did nothing. If some information I’ve seen on the Internet is true, the oil barons actively discouraged development of alternative energy sources whenever they appeared promising.

Oh, I know what they are going to say about the newest hostage crisis. The military people knew what they were getting into, they signed up for this, they have no grounds for complaints because being a POW goes with the territory. Don’t like it? Deal with it, the oil barons will say.

Keep the oil flowing, keep the profits flowing, keep my stocks up and my gas prices down.

To which I respond, screw you.

People don’t join the military to be pawns in international games of chance. They don’t join the military to keep diplomats and business tycoons in positions of wealth, power and privilege. They don’t join, and learn how to use a vast array of weaponry, to be restrained by unworkable, unthinkable rules of engagement that allow enemy forces to walk right up to them, disarm them, and kidnap them with no recourse.

They join the military to stand up for the rest of us, those who understand and value the freedoms that western democracies all too often take for granted. And they expect to be able to use their training, skills and weaponry, not to be told to put them all on the shelf while they are tortured and humiliated.

Strike that last word. The hostages aren’t the ones being humiliated. Tony Blair and George Bush are being humiliated because neither of them did anything to wean our countries from oil dependence, thus setting the stage for an international madman who is little more than a glorified street punk to once again mock us and make us dance like puppets on a string. And now, all they are doing is talking, and they aren’t even talking tough.

Want to know how Hitler rose to power? Watch Green Bean. He is no different, nor is the international response to him.

It is way past time to do something about this jerk. It is way past time to send a few rockets up his nose, and those of the top 10 percent of his closest allies.

But we also have other issues here. Green Bean has been sold the latest in air defense weaponry by the Russians, who you can bet, have had access to the secrets of our stealth technology that were stolen by the Chinese. The Russians want to see us get into it with Green Bean to see if we have developed a way around that, and to give us the inconvenience of another front in the War on Terror while we are still fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The Russian leaders are not our friends. They are working behind the scenes on this to pay us back for setting up their defeat in Afghanistan. And the Chinese are sitting back watching the show and laughing their asses off.

Meanwhile the diplomats talk.

Meanwhile 15 British sailors and Marines are living every second of every minute on the sharp edge of a razor not knowing what the next second will bring, while their families and friends are powerless to help them.

Meanwhile the oil barons and business tycoons continue to amass profits. Meanwhile the diplomats talk.
