Over the past several months there has been an active public interest in confirming Barack Obama’s qualification to serve as President of the United States.  Seems like a reasonable request that should not take a motion to the United States Supreme Court to require Obama to produce an official, verified birth certificate to confirm qualification. 

To serve as President of the United States in accordance with ( US Constitution, Art. II, §1(5) )a person must be 1. Natural born U.S. Citizen, 2. Be at least 35 years of age, and 3. Have lived in the United States at least 14 years.  The question surrounding Barack Obama relates to his birth….is he a “natural born citizen”?   A birth certificate should answer this question and to stonewall providing a valid, certified, official Hawaii provided “certification of live birth” raises suspicion. 

An additional troubling Constitutional revelation is no offical government entity is responsible to ensure presidential candidates are qualified in accordance with the United States Constitution.  Secretaries of the various States, Department of Justice, Electoral College…no one is charged to verify, validate presidential candidate qualification as required by our Constitution…astounding?  You bet. 

Considerable research has been done and as it turns out the “fox has the combination to the hen house”, meaning the political party of a given presidential candidate simply verifies to various Secreatries of State that a given name is certified as the particular parties nominee for President.  There is no charge to the political party, nor should there be, to certifiy that a presidential candidate meets Constitutional qualifications. 

A Writ off Certiorari filed by Philip Berg, is currently before the United States Supreme Court requiring Obama(which requires the concurrence of four Justices) to produce a birth certificate and respond by December 1, 2008. 

America deserves proof that 1. Obama meets Constitutional qualification to serve as President of the United States, and 2. an official entity of government be charged with verifying, validating all future presidential candidates are qualified to serve as President of the United States, before any election process begins.

Obama is not America’s next president………….Yet

There is still the unresolved issue of Obama providing a COLB - Certificate of Live Birth - to prove he is a natural born citizen.  Not a “certification of live birth” but a “certificate of live birth” is required from Hawaii officials.

The fact that this character from Chicago refuses to provide this document since June, 2008, says it all.

The second issue is if Obama were born in the U.S., but was automatically made an Indonesian citizen by virtue of his mother’s marriage to her Indonesian husband and Obama’s legal name change, he is ineligible to run for the presidency. CLOSE OBAMA…CLOSE DOES NOT COUNT IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS - PRAISE THE LORD

American voters flocked to the voting booths on November 4, 2008 in earth shattering, record numbers to overwhelming reject the poll favored Obama/Biden ticket.

While the polls consistently reported Obama/Biden leading in the 2008 election run-up, the pollsters failed to understand America was ignoring the rhetoric and accepting blogger reports of what Obama and the media was not telling America . It required nearly 24 months of non-stop campaigning for America to finally get the message…to finally realize the impending disaster that would take America down with an Obama/Biden win.

In the last week of the 2008 character flawed, wrong headed, secretive Obama/Biden campaign, America decided to reject the “CHANGE”.  A change that was viewed a threat to the very fabric, security, and long term survival of America.  America said “NO” to change without demonstrated leadership and proven executive experience which they apparently accepted with the McCain/Palin win.

A major issue associated with Obama/Biden campaign was Obama’s declaration of establishing a “civilian national security force” that would be stronger than the United States military…this was a frightening revelation that seemed to signal a police state….America rejected this anti-democracy promise.

The Obama/Biden campaign, even with spending nearly $1,000,000,000 (billion) dollars trying to buy America, the character of both Obama and Biden finally became clear to American voters.  After weighing all the character issues, half-truths of associations with criminal elements, quibbling over associations with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, Marxist-anti-white Rev Wright, Jew hating Louis Farrakhan, Fidel Castro, Kenyan cousin and butcher Odinga, Muammar Gadhafi of Libya ,  and finally Palestine Liberation Organization supporter/member Rashid Khalidi, America finally said, “our children and grandchildren out-weigh the risk of Obama/Biden in the White House.”

America also petitioned Obama for months to make his official certified, verified birth certificate, not a “computer generated certificate of live birth”, available to the public to quell rumors and satisfy U.S. Constitution qualification requirements surrounding his birth and early childhood .  There were nearly a dozen lawsuits, some dismissed on technical grounds, at least one filed with the U.S. Supreme Court, attempting to force a public viewing of Obama’s birth certificate. The stonewalling of a public birth certificate viewing, coupled with all the questionable character issues, seemed to suggest to America that something was suspicious.  Otherwise, why not add credibility to the Obama/Biden cause and make the document public?  It seems America said, “if Senator Obama is unwilling to  produce something as basic as a valid birth certificate, can we trust him to share serious national security and other important data with the American people?”  Trust seemed to ring loud in 2008, resurfacing as a long lost Founding Father principle.

Additionally, Obama’s fiscal policy gained traction as a leap toward a “socialist”  “spread the wealth around” approach to deal with the struggling U.S. economy.  America recognized that all politicians promise beyond reason with regard to programs that  “help all Americans”, but the slogan Obama bellowed “95% of working America will get a tax break” finally rang hollow and was viewed as a distortion, impacting trust. Obama failed to answer the charge, that 40% of America pay no taxes, thus how could they receive a tax break?  When the truth surfaced, it was learned the 40% paying no taxes would get a “check from the government”. Voters, and particularly taxpayers, clearly recognized  taxes they pay would be used to send a check to those that pay no taxes… America said “NO”. This purposeful false tax reduction misrepresentation added yet another questionable integrity stain on Barack Obama.

Value voters specifically concerned with the Obama/Biden support of general abortion, late term abortion, withholding medical care for live births surviving abortion procedures, homosexual partner entitlement recognition as married couples, and support for same-sex marriages (man-man, woman-woman),  created a unanticipated tsunami outpouring of opposition to Obama/Biden ticket.  Some credited the character and values issues as finally reaching a crescendo resulting in “enough is enough” and a major ingredient to the Obama/Biden loss.

Complaints surfaced about voting irregularities, poll staff shortages, voter fraud leveled against Association for Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN),family issues, and some significant racial complaints from the black community.  Evidence during the primary season clearly demonstrated that black Americans favored Obama by as high as 90+% voting margin.  In the general election white voters of significant percentages voted for Obama but black voters percentages for McCain were dismally low…some reports less than 10%.  The question is be answered was “race” a major factor in voter preference, if so, where does it lie?

The recent excessive ($4.00 plus per gallon) fuel gouging caused by mostly middle eastern producers of crude oil was a “thorn in the flesh” that aggravated American families and caused a hue and cry for American energy independence.  Energy was clearly an important issue which the Obama/Biden campaign seemed to deal with superficially, generally dismissing more drilling much to the amazement of American voters, to include Obama/Biden supporters.  Obama rejected nuclear energy as one viable alternative to energy solutions, even as Senator McCain was pointing out nuclear powered navy ships have been powered economical and accident free for decades with nuclear energy.  America favored the all inclusive McCain/Palin approach of “drilling now” using fossil fuels as we transition to other forms of energy such as wind, solar, nuclear, bio, clean coal initiatives which Obama said he would “bankrupt” and others, as more realistic than the Obama/Biden “lite” approach.

Congressional leaders, Senator Reid and Speaker Pelosi, down-played the Obama/Biden loss as well as the less than expected Democrat increase in the Congress.  With a 58 Democrat majority in the Senate, the filibuster threat as well as veto potential by the President bodes well for American citizens…adding a measure of checks and balances.

Many credit the McCain/Palin upset to economic impact on America, a few serious gaffes by the Obama/Biden team, but Governor Palin seems to be acknowledged as one critical ingredient to the McCain victory. 

A great sigh of relief in America…political advertisement gone, tears are drying up, America survived a long and divisive campaign.  McCain/Palin have a gigantic task before them on behalf of over 300 million Americans. May God give them wisdom, courage, and strength as they serve America.

There are two birth certificate examples in this piece by Kenneth Timmerman…..one, a computer generated version provided by the Obama campaign in 2007 as Obama’s birth certificate, and two, an example of a 1963 birth certificate of a military member in Hawaii.  The obvious difference between the two is stark…….why won’t Obama clear up the uncertainty by producing a valid certificate of his birth?  Seems there are now 10 or so States that have lawsuits attempting to gain access to his birth certificate.

Courts meet in emergency session all the time for everything from cat fights, voter fraud to life issues…..isn’t qualification issues regarding service as President of the United States worthy of a legal review/process?

Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg’s suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

By failing to respond to the Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings.

Berg released a long list of “admissions” he submitted to Obama’s lawyers on Sept. 15, and asked that they produce documents relating to Obama’s place of birth and citizenship.

Instead of responding, lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the court to dismiss the case. But Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama’s lawyers more time.

“There are lots of legal ways to stonewall,” a well-placed Republican attorney told Newsmax, who was not authorized to comment officially on the case. “But failing to respond is not one of them.”

“The first thing they teach you in law school,” he added, “is don’t put a complaint like this in a drawer. That’s how a nuisance case can become a problem.”

The 30-day deadline for defendants to comply with a discovery request is set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.

“It all comes down to the fact that there’s nothing from the other side,” Berg said after he filed a motion on Thursday for summary judgment.

“The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. [Obama] admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”

In a contentious case, lawyers on both sides will haggle over the production of documents, and will frequently go beyond the deadlines, several lawyers told Newsmax.

“The rules are more often complied with in the breech rather than the observance,” a senior trial attorney who has close ties to the Democrat Party, but is not involved in the current case, told Newsmax.

“Lawyers frequently do not return telephone calls or meet discovery deadlines because of sheer inadvertence. Therefore, we do not consider a failure to respond as a ‘violation,’” he said.

Allegations surrounding Obama’s place of birth have been swirling for months. Earlier this year, the Obama campaign sought to put down the rumors by making available a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007 by the State of Hawaii. [See the Certification of Live Birth]

Respected conservative blogger Ed Morrissey called the Berg lawsuit a “conspiracy theory” that had been put to rest by the Obama campaign over the summer but ”has arisen like a zombie yet again to suck the credibility out of the conservative blogosphere.”

However, the 2007 document produced by the Obama campaign omits key information that normally appears on birth certificates in the United States, including the name of the hospital where he was born, the size and weight of the baby, and sometimes the name of the doctor who delivered him.

In addition, the critics of the 2007 document note that Obama’s father is described as “African,” a term used today. The formal language in official documents at the time — 1961 — would have identified his race as “Negro” or “Colored.”

The Web site snarkybytes.com has produced a vault copy of a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth from 1963, issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. [See the vault copy]

In addition to naming the hospital and more details about the baby, the 1963 vault copy also includes the “usual residence of the mother,” and the “usual occupation” of the father. None of this information appears on the 2007 Live Birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign.

Berg has been a perennial political candidate in Pennsylvania, having run in Democrat primaries for attorney general, lieutenant governor, governor, and other offices without success. He served as deputy attorney general of the State of Pennsylvania from 1972-1980.

His credibility was tarnished by work he did for the far-left “9/11 for the Truth” campaign, which alleged in a federal lawsuit that the collapse of the twin towers in New York was caused by “controlled demolition” ordered by the president of the United States.

Nevertheless, in recent weeks, lawsuits have been filed in seven additional states demanding that Barack Obama produce an original vault copy of his birth certificate, to dispel the rumors that he is not a natural-born United States citizen.

 The latest suits have been filed in state and federal courts in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut to compel Obama to release his birth records.

Lawsuits in Washington and Georgia are seeking state superior courts to force the states’ secretary of state, as the chief state elections officer, to require Obama to produce original birth records from Hawaii, or else decertify him as a candidate for the presidency.

Ironically, Obama mentions his birth certificate in passing on Page 26 of his 1995 memoir, “Dreams of My Father.” “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,” he wrote.

Lawyers for Obama and the DNC did not return calls for comment on the current status of the case, or explain why the Obama campaign did not simply put to rest the whole controversy by releasing the birth certificate that Obama apparently cherished as a teenager.

In the past, questions about Sen. John McCain’s legal status have arisen. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone at a U.S. Army hospital. McCain had legal experts vet his constitutional qualifications, and he also disclosed a copy of his birth certificate.

I believe most of you that receive email from me fully comprehend the potentially dangerous threat to America that an Obama election win would represent…but what about the rest of America?

Facts associated with Obama’s character should be more than enough to convince America that Obama is not to be trusted nor qualified to serve as President of the United States. What do we know about him and what has he done that demonstrates “presidential timber”?

Is America saying they want a man that associates with the likes of domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, Marxist preacher Wright, radical nation of Islam leader Farrakhan, convicted criminal Rezko, and buddy/cousin to the Kenya butcher Odinga? Doesn’t a message “character” resonate in America anymore?  Anyone that has been this close to a mud puddle can’t help but be splattered. Will we allow Obama to buy the Presidency of the United States?  God help us to fight for our children and grandchildren, not surrender to an enemy of America.

If the above meets the “smell” test, will America tolerate Obama moving us at break-neck speed down the road to socialism by taking from those of us that earned our wage and giving to those that sit on their a$$ and expect a handout; penalize business and owners who fuel the economic engine of America and keep our people employed; give drivers licenses to illegal aliens who kill on the highways, cost taxpayers million of dollars for medical care, overcrowd our schools, fill our prisons; move beyond killing our babies to allowing killing of our elderly simply because they are perceived as a “drain” on society; expand the homosexual abomination; ignore the border threat to our national security, on and on………

How long will America tolerate a media that uses “freedom of speech” to slander, distort, fabricate, and any other vile behavior to denigrate a candidate they oppose…impartial, objective journalism is dead.  Read what Orson Scott Card has to say about media responsibility and how it has failed.

I want to assure those of you that know me personally, I haven’t gone off the deep end, cracked up, or lost my mind given the tenor of some of my thoughts.  The fact is, I fear for my beloved America and am pulling out all the stops to communicate, plea if you will for all of us to take every action possible.>

We must communicate in every way possible to expose the threat of Obama…….it’s our nation in jeopardy…this is one of those points in history that will be looked back on as a critical cross-roads……..God help us to make the right choice…..

Character, Integrity, Judgment - Obama Fails The Test

We are losing the “freedom war in America” to men in empty suits, corrupt politicians, criminal bankers, greedy corporations, and power hungry fakes…

The likes of “Joe the Plumber”, “Nurse Kathie”, “entrepreneur Brad”, “truck-driver Bryan”, “warrior John” are all middle American’s who are the fabric and strength that hold America together but preyed upon…unfortunately, these examples of America’s strength are victims of unscrupulous elements, required to underwrite greed and failure, primarily because America has allowed it to happen by selecting gutless, spineless, selfish, cowards to lead America…will we come to our senses and elect patriots?

Those that shoulder the load, believe in America, want to decide how to spend what they have earned, now have the socialist “fat cats” standing on their shoulders, weighing down the character of America, penalizing those pursuing the American dream and bringing the strength of America to it knees…not in worship but in painful subjection to a greedy, uncaring path to socialist destruction.

Character, character, character is what has made America great…the question is does America “remember”?…my gut tells me America will reject the Obama forked tongue spewing distortions, fabrications, unfounded promises that seem to have citizens kissing the feet of a fake, an empty suit without character…America is being subjected, deceived, lulled to sleep by an enemy of the American dream…I have faith the slumber in America will awaken at the “ballot box” with a resounding defeat of Barack Obama.

Obama is unknown and can only be evaluated based on what he has done and who he associates with. Here, to name a few, are people and organizations he supports and yes, pals around with:

Bill Ayers, Co-founder of radical Weatherman terrorist group, unrepentant terrorist who bombed the US Capitol and Pentagon;
Saul Alinsky, communist, radical anti-American mentor;
Muslim terrorist, Odinga, Kenyan leader connection;
Close association with Black Panther Party;
Saudi Arabian monetary support for college;
Association with Louis Farrakhan, radical American Nation of Islam leader who refers to Obama as the “messiah”;
Rev Wright of “G.d damn America” who Obama cites as his spiritual mentor of some 20 years;
Palestinian Liberation Organization connection;
Hamas, radical Muslim terrorist organization connection;
College roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chando and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan;
Close association with Antoin “Tony” Rezko, born in Aleppo Syria, convicted felon in Chicago;
Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now(ACORN)as their trainer and attorney, trained ACORN staff…an organization under investigation/involved in voter fraud.

Columnist Charles Krauthammer states “Convicted felon Tony Rezko. Unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers. And the race-baiting Rev. Jeremiah Wright. It is hard to think of any presidential candidate before Barack Obama sporting associations with three more execrable characters.”

Then there’s the scream of “guilt by association” is unjustified? Jeff Jacoby writes in the Boston Globe “When guilt by association is fair game” October 15, 2008.

“Guilt by association? Not when the associations have such deep roots or raise such troubling questions about Obama’s character and judgment. It was only in the heat of a presidential campaign that Obama finally repudiated his alliances with Ayers, Wright, and Rezko. It isn’t irresponsible to ask what those associations tell us about a man poised to be the next president of the United States. It would be irresponsible not to.”

The world is watching how America’s presidential election culminates with some considerable concern. A recent note from a contact in Ireland reflects dire thought saying “I sincerely believe that your latest message, asking for prayers to be said at the same time each day, is the most important of them all. I, too, believe that the world is reaching a crisis point, and that Western civilization is in grave danger. It would appear that left wing liberals have gained the upper hand and are clearing the way for Islamism to make the strides for which it has well prepared. With the grace of God, we can and we will overcome. However, it is clear that without a strong United States of America, Western civilization has neither the will nor the united capacity to defeat Islamism. I strongly believe that the wrong choice of President of the USA in the November election would be a major step in the wrong direction.”

Folks, Obama is “in your face” deception with a sneering arrogance…just last night in the debate he lied about his record in the Illinois legislature with regard to infanticide…not only does he support abortion, partial-birth abortion, he supports infanticide,, destruction of a live human baby, something that the Society for The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals will legally prosecute if performed on an animal.

If character, judgment, and integrity are vital ingredients in the resume’ and qualification of an American Presidential Candidate, Barack Obama reflects a failed recipe…icing on a fraudulent structure…a dangerous empty suit.
